1. Scope of Services
Ningbo Sunrise International (宁波齐冉贸易有限公司, registration number 91330203MA2H6NKM90) provides commercial sourcing representation, factory qualification audits, sample coordination, on-site quality inspection, and export logistics facilitation for European importers purchasing from manufacturers in China.
2. Quotations and Service Agreements
All sourcing projects, tooling development programs, and volume production runs are governed by bilateral project service contracts and approved purchase orders defining exact specifications, tolerances, payment terms, and delivery schedules. No verbal quotation constitutes a binding manufacturing commitment.
3. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Customer technical specifications, 3D CAD files, tooling schematics, and commercial proprietary data remain the exclusive property of the customer. Ningbo Sunrise International and its partner factories operate under strict non-disclosure obligations, and will not disclose, duplicate, or produce customer designs for unauthorized third parties.
4. Product Compliance and Regulatory Responsibility
Under European Union regulations (including Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and GPSR (EU) 2023/988), the commercial entity placing physical goods onto the European market acts as the legal Importer and bears responsibility for CE conformity, technical file compilation, and EU Responsible Person designation. Ningbo Sunrise assists buyers by collecting factory test certificates and technical declarations from accredited laboratories.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Commercial agreements are interpreted according to the mutually agreed contractual jurisdiction specified in each formal supply contract. European coordination and technical consulting through Isurus Works Studio follow European commercial conventions.
